This notice explains how Green Block (Barry Mills, trading from Scrooby, Doncaster, DN10 6AN) handles personal information collected via this website. We take your privacy seriously and comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Name, telephone, email, postcode and address details you provide in enquiry forms.
Project details, photographs and preferences you send us.
Basic technical data (browser, device, pages viewed) used only to keep the site working.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
To arrange visits, works and follow-ups.
To send occasional updates only if you opted in.

How long we keep it

Enquiries not converted to a job are deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Customer records for completed work are retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and warranty obligations.

Sharing

Your details are never sold. Data may be shared with vetted suppliers or trades only when necessary to complete your job, and with our accountant and hosting provider.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data at any time by emailing barry@greenblock.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner (ico.org.uk).
